A six-bedroom Glencoe home on the shores of Lake Michigan has sold for $7 million, 52 percent more than its 2011 price, according to Crain’s Chicago Business:
The 11,415-square-foot home on Lakewood Drive was built in 1998, designed by architect Larry Booth and recently underwent a complete $3 million renovation, according to a listing.
Cook County property records show local trader Jeffrey Wolfson and his wife, Linda, paid $4.6 million in 2011 for the home. Jeffrey Wolfson and the buyer, local attorney Alan M. Berry, did not return messages seeking comment.
